“GM Capital” OOD

As earlier informed at the beginning of autumn, GM Capital submitted to the Managing Council of Gymnastics Association “Iraklis” a proposal to declare interest in the implementation of Project on the construction and functioning of new sports and trade facilities in the district of Hortatzides, Thessaloniki. The Project was delivered in response to an official open invitation promulgated by the Sports Association. On October 14th after an extensive meeting the Managing Council of Gymnastics Association “Iraklis” approved the proposal submitted on our part and brought it to voting in front of the General Assembly. On November 1st Anatoli Denov – Manager of GM Capital, greeted the members of the General Asssembly of GA “Iraklis” and wished them fruitful work at the meeting. After a couple of hours the final resolution on the submitted proposal of our company was voted. It reads:

“The General Assembly of the members of Sports Association “IRAKLIS” discussed the proposal declaring interest on the part of the company GM Capital having its seat in the city of Sofia, Bulgaria, from a standpoint of the technical and economic parameters, and adopted a resolution to accept the proposal and authorize the Managing Council of the Association to commence further negotiations with the above company.

A decision was also adopted on an initiative of the Managing Concil of the Association for the establishment of Expert Commission including layers, economists and technical experts for the purpose of more detailed investigation of the proposal declaring interest, so as to achieve execution of preliminary agreement on the Project implementation, the latter subject to the approval and ratification by a new Special General Assembly of the Sports Association.”

GM Capital is nether satisfied nor disappointed with the so voted resolution. There should be noted that our expectations were for a far more finalized decision on the proposal submitted on our part. This was to give us a green light to continue self-confidently ahead with the implementation of the Project.

Nevertheless GM Capital continues its further activity. We are expecting soon the formation of the Expert Commission to precise further details of our proposal before submitting it for a final approval to the General Assembly of Gymnastics Association “Iraklis”.
